We are seeking businesses that have the potential to grow with the addition of long term management focus. We are sensitive to the needs of sellers in the structuring of a deal for tax, estate planning or other personal considerations.
We intend to pay a fair price to acquire businesses with the following criteria:
1) Large growing market
2) $20m - $100m enterprise value
3) History of profitability and/or opportunities for growth in profitability and margin improvement
4) Stable and diverse customer base
5) Low capital intensity (or moderate if clear recurring revenue model)
6) Limited landscape risk – e.g. non-regulated businesses, limited exposure to environmental or legal liability, etc.
